Focus on Possibilities Rather than Restrictions
I recently wrote a post on a forum about earning money with Pay Per Post. It was amazing to me that so many questions were raised and statements made about what Pay Per Post would not accepted rather than what the money making possibilities were. For example, here were some of the objections:
- You can’t do this on a free blog site, your blog will be deleted (false).
- You need to have a page rank or else your blog won’t be accepted (false)
- What will I write about?
- You won’t get approved until you have 10 posts and your blog is 30 days old and I won’t earn anything in the meanwhile (true and not true)
The most surprising thing is that so many people claim that they want to earn money from home using the internet, but their minds are not open to the possibilities. I understand that there are a lot of internet scams and people are wary, but if you don’t have to invest any money and there is only the potential to earn, it seems like a no brainer to me.
Ad: Grandma's Little Black Book: How to Make Money Freelance Writing for Textbroker is a must have for folks looking to make extra money writing. Grandma earned over $2,000 in one month with Textbroker and shares how she did it in her book. If she can do it, you can too. |
Let’s take each of the objections and turn them around a bit.
- You can’t do this on a free blog site, your blog will be deleted – Even though that is false it appears that some people will allow one person (who they don’t know with unproven credibility) steal their dream with a single comment. A few mouse clicks will help to uncover the truth.
- You need a page rank or else your blog won’t be accepted. While that may be true of some pay for blogging opportunities, it is not true of Pay Per Post. Again, one or two clicks of a mouse could lead a would-be blogger to the truth, but only if they rally want to find the truth.
- I don’t know what to write about. Well, then maybe blogging isn’t for you. Sometimes you’ve got to come to grips with your limitations.
- It takes 10 posts and 30 days for your blog to be accepted, I won’t be able to earn anything before then. Hmmm, this one was the kicker. Yes it takes 10 posts and 30 days before your blog can be accepted. Rome wasn’t built in a day.The beauty of the internet is that while one company wants you to have 10 posts and 30 days there are tons of affiliate programs that are willing to accept a brand new blog with very few posts to market their products. So, while you’re lamenting over the 30 days and 10 posts, it’s a perfect time to write about a few affiliate programs (which solves the problem of what to write about), and begin to build a reader base.
Ask yourse
lf, are you willing to spend more time talking about, complaining and being led by false information or are you going to take action, do your research and begin to build wealth? Where else can you start something for free and earn money while sitting in the comfort of your own home? Pay Per Post may not be for you, but never take one person’s word for it, do a little investigating on your own.
After all, the same folks who are sitting around in forums complaining about how things don’t work will be there next year in the same boat still complaining. Do you really want to be in the boat with them?
