It took a couple of months before any actual offers came but they've trickled in steadily since mid-January. I've yet to reach payout ($50) so it's not a big money maker but it's ok for the time required so far. I've also turned down several offers that didn't fit my audience or that prohibited in-post disclosure. And yes, you usually have to compose the post and include the required links. Some are for links only and one actually provided the content but those were unusual in my experience.
